These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 8ktop website and mobile application ("Platform"). 8ktop is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 8ktop ("Company").

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any bonuses and winnings earned in such cases may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

• Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential.
• Do not allow anyone else to use your account.

Withdrawing winnings on 8ktop is simple and fast — no complicated steps involved. Just make sure you meet the required conditions.

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• A fully verified account (KYC) is required to make withdrawals.
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 2,00,000.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit — the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket: Usually within 1–3 hours.
• Cryptocurrency: Within 12–24 hours.
• Peak hours: May take up to 24 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Rejection

8ktop may reject a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: incomplete KYC, unmet bonus wagering requirements, suspected irregular betting patterns, or an ongoing investigation on the account.

5.3 Other Bonus Terms

6.1 Bet Acceptance

8ktop reserves the right to void any bet due to technical errors or incorrect odds. Even if a bet placed at incorrect odds has been settled, 8ktop may cancel it and refund the original stake.

6.2 Live Betting

• Odds change continuously during live betting.
• Odds may change until the bet is confirmed.
• 8ktop is not responsible for bets that fail to confirm due to network issues.
• Live bet settlements will be processed once the match result is confirmed.

6.3 Match Cancellation & Postponement

If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes fully refunded. However, if the match resumes within 48 hours, bets will remain valid.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum single-bet win on 8ktop is ৳10,00,000. Winnings above this limit may require management approval before being processed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8ktop platform. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity.
• Using another person's payment account.
• Deliberately manipulating the bonus system.
• Using software or bots to place automated bets.
• Match fixing or attempting to manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Exploiting any technical errors on the platform.

8ktop may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances.

8.1 Temporary Suspension

• During the KYC verification process.
• While a suspicious transaction is under investigation.
• At the user's request (self-exclusion).
• For security reasons.

8.2 Permanent Closure

• In cases of serious terms & conditions violations.
• If evidence of money laundering or fraud is found.
• Repeated involvement in prohibited activities.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You can close your account at any time by emailing support@8ktop.co. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Once closed, a new registration will be required to reopen it.

10.1 Technical Errors

If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, 8ktop reserves the right to apply the correct values. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded to the affected user.

10.2 Maximum Compensation

If a user suffers a financial loss caused by 8ktop, the maximum compensation payable will be equal to the user's total deposits for that month. No claims beyond this amount will be accepted.

8ktop reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified by email or platform notification at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

11.1 Emergency Changes

Emergency changes required for legal or security reasons may take effect without prior notice. Users will be informed of such changes as soon as possible.

11.2 If You Do Not Accept the Changes

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and stop using the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
